8:5. ನಾವೆಂದೂ ನೆನಸಿಲ್ಲದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಣವನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೊದಲು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರಭುವಿಗೂ ನಮಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ದೇವರು ಬಯಸುವುದು ಇದನ್ನೇ.

8:5. ನಾವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಕೊಡದೆ ಮೊದಲು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನೇ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು; ಅನಂತರ ದೇವರ ಚಿತ್ತಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನಮಗೂ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

8:5. And they did this not just as we had hoped, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and to us by the will of God.
